
The COPE project take the stage at the 43rd Portuguese Congress of Geriatrics and Gerontology, scheduled for November 14th in Portugal. With the theme “Trends in Geriatrics and Gerontology,” this congress promises a valuable opportunity to explore the evolving landscape of medical, nursing, and social services, delving into new knowledge, emerging demands, and evolving technologies.
A dedicated conference on the theme of “Social prescribing” will be a key highlight of the event. Sónia Dias, a representative from the National School of Public Health, will be a featured speaker, sharing insights and expertise in the field. The session will be chaired by Miriam Cabrita, researcher from SHINE 2Europe.
