COPE Consortium met in Zagreb (Croatia)!

The COPE project consortium met on the second day of the Stakeholder Conference, 15th February, in Zagreb (Croatia), with a fantastic welcome from the Croatian partner EFZDR – European Foundation for Philanthropy and Development of Society.

The partners started by sharing the feedback from the previous day’s stakeholder conference in a round table, highlighting the positive aspects and their contributions to the COPE project.

Following this, the details for the study visits to be held were outlined, with the online participation of Paula Yliniemi from Lapland University of Applied Sciences (Finland), who will be hosting the COPE project in Finland on 6 and 7 June 2023. In addition, an update was also given on the organisation of the “Best Practice Sharing Seminar” event in London on 18 and 19 April 2023.

The dissemination strategies for the current year were also discussed, with a view to the involvement of stakeholders, as well as the analysis of the feedback from the link workers regarding the work developed in the previous year.

An overview of the progress of the COPE project was given, including the update of the sustainability plan, considering the feedback from the Stakeholders’ Conference and, to conclude, the sharing of the overviews of the progress of the pilot project, with feedback on the NEETs’ engagement and implementation strategies, following the outcomes of the Stakeholders’ Conference of the previous day.

This was the first step towards a year of intense work and great results until the final project meeting in Belgium in December 2023.
