COPE developed another training session on “Well-being and Social Support”

On 7 October, the COPE project developed another training session on “Well-being and Social Support”, the second part of module 6 “Community-based solutions”.

From the National School of Public Health, NOVA University of Lisbon, with the collaboration of Ana Bandeira, Joana Henriques, Maria João Marques and Regina Alves, they talked about Intelligence and emotional intelligence, the Theory of Multiple Intelligences and the wheel of the eight human intelligences, the management of emotions in work situations and the valorisation of the roles of each member in a work team.

The trainees, a group of 15 Link employees from Italy and Portugal, collaborated actively in the various activities proposed during the training.
