Social Prescribing for Children and Young People: Sharing best practice happened on April 19, 2023. Partners, experts, and stakeholders gathered, both online and onsite, for a day dedicated to sharing insights and experiences that can significantly enrich the C.O.P.E. project.

Throughout the day, C.O.P.E. colleagues from the UK, Italy, Portugal, and Croatia engaged in in-person and virtual discussion groups, delving into practical aspects of C.O.P.E.’s sustainability efforts. These discussions were part of the final session of the event, highlighting the collaborative spirit and dedication of the participants.
