Social Prescribing for Children and Young People: Sharing best practice happened on April 19, 2023. Partners, experts, and stakeholders gathered, both online and onsite, for a day dedicated to sharing insights and experiences that can significantly enrich the C.O.P.E. project.

The “Social Prescribing for Children and Young People” event provided a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration, strengthening the C.O.P.E. project’s mission.

These discussions were part of the final session of the event, highlighting the collaborative spirit and dedication of the participants.
